Pay in Installments, 0% Interest

When making your reservation, simply select the 'Pay in installments' option. Choose the number of payments (3x, 4x, 6x or 10x), and your monthly payments will be automatically debited from your credit card on the agreed dates. The first payment is made upon booking, the following payments are spread over the following months.

No, absolutely not! Installment payment is completely free. You only pay the price of your trip, without any additional fees or interest. For example, for a trip at 2,400€, you will pay exactly 2,400€ in total, whether you pay in 3x (800€/month) or 10x (240€/month).

To benefit from installment payment, you must:

• Be over 18 years old
• Reside in France, Belgium, or Switzerland
• Have a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Book a trip of at least 100€

Acceptance is instant and automatic, no documents to provide.

The first payment is made immediately upon booking. Then, the following payments are automatically debited on the same day each month. For example, if you book on January 15 with 3x payment, you will pay:

• January 15: 1st payment
• February 15: 2nd payment
• March 15: 3rd payment

Yes, our cancellation policy remains the same. If you cancel your trip within the allowed period (up to 48h before departure), you will be fully refunded for unpaid amounts, and already paid installments will be refunded to your bank account within 7 business days.

If a payment fails (insufficient funds, expired card, etc.), we will automatically attempt a new debit 3 days later. You will receive an email notification. If the second attempt also fails, please contact us immediately to regularize the situation and avoid cancellation of your reservation.

We work with leading payment solution providers such as Alma, Klarna, and Stripe. These companies are certified and regulated by European banking authorities. Your banking data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Yes, installment payment is available for all our trips: Umrah, Hajj, Turkey, Maldives, etc. The minimum amount is 100€. For amounts over 5,000€, you can pay in up to 10 times.
